Jessie Fisher
Kitchen and Bath Designer
Jessie Fisher is an award-winning designer who earned her bachelor’s degree in architecture from Washington University in St. Louis in 2002. She has more than 18 years of experience in the kitchen, bath, and remodeling industry, applying her design and problem-solving skills to hundreds of projects over the years. Her attention to detail and ability to think outside the box allow Jessie to transform even the most challenging spaces into dream kitchens and baths for her clients. Her detailed design plans and project specifications ensure that her projects are completed on time and on budget. Jessie knows that planning your dream kitchen is a personal experience, and her goal with every project she encounters is to delight her clients with beautiful and functional designs, ensuring that each project lives up to her customer’s dreams.
Lilly Richardson
Designer/Customer Experience Executive
Lilly has been with Mid-State Kitchens since early 2014.
With an extensive background in design and customer service, she brings skilled practice and creativity to the table paired with a sensitivity and understanding of her clients’ desires. Keeping up with the latest styles and trends she will give your project a fresh outlook while also keeping your specific needs and requirements a priority. Lilly is also a main point of contact when it comes to coordinating the remodeling portion of the job.
She makes sure communication is clear between customer and contractor, scheduling runs smoothly, and all job-related concerns are addressed in a timely, proper manner.
Jenn Beckwith
Kitchen and Bath Designer
Jenn has been designing kitchens with Mid-State since 2018 and previously worked as an interior designer for a high-end furniture showroom in Natick, MA. She prides herself on her eclectic design aesthetic and her ability to combine form and function in any space. Working with Jenn is a fun and collaborative process, ensuring that her client’s visions come to life while applying her skills and knowledge to create a kitchen design that will exceed their needs and expectations.
Ashley Douglas
Kitchen and Bath Designer
Ashley has a CIDA accredited bachelor's of science in Interior Design from Mount Ida College (2013). She has many years of experience in the interior design field as well as construction services. Ashley prides herself on her attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills. She takes pride in finding a unique solution for every kitchen and bathroom she designs. Ashley makes sure all her client's personal needs are addressed and reflected in the design. She wants every client to have a fun meaningful experience.
